Important notice

Things to know before you order: availability, prices, allergens, timings and what we do when something goes wrong.

Product availability

We cook biryani in fixed batches every day. Once a batch sells out, that biryani, side or raita is unavailable until the next batch or the next day. If something in your order has run out, we will message you on WhatsApp before cooking and offer a swap or remove it from your bill.

Prices may change

Prices on the website include GST and can change without notice, for example when ingredient costs rise. The price that applies is the one we confirm to you on WhatsApp. If the website shows a wrong price because of a typing or technical error, we will tell you the correct price before you pay, and you can cancel at no cost.

Allergens and dietary needs

Our kitchen handles milk and dairy, ghee, wheat (gluten), gram flour, peanuts, sesame, tree nuts (cashew, almond, pistachio), eggs, mustard and chilli. All dishes are cooked in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free from these, even when it is not a listed ingredient. See the allergen guide for each item.

If you have a food allergy, please call us on +91 88774 46363 before ordering. Add your allergy in the note for the kitchen as well.

Veg items are marked with a green symbol and non-veg items with a brown triangle. Veg and non-veg dishes are cooked in the same kitchen.

Kitchen closures

The kitchen may close at short notice, for example on festival days, during power or water outages, for maintenance or for staff emergencies. When we are closed, orders sent on WhatsApp will not be accepted. We post closures on our WhatsApp status and social pages where we can.

Timings and delivery estimates

We are open daily from 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The last order is usually taken around 10:00 pm, or earlier if we sell out. Delivery times on the website (about 35 minutes) are estimates, not promises.

Delays

Orders can take longer during peak hours, heavy rain, festivals, traffic or rider shortages. If your order will be noticeably late, we will tell you on WhatsApp. You can cancel a delayed order before it leaves the kitchen.

Mistakes with your order

We check every bento before it is sealed, but mistakes can happen. If an item is wrong, missing or damaged, please tell us on WhatsApp within 30 minutes of delivery, with a photo. We will replace the item, refund it, or give you credit on your next order. We cannot accept claims for food that has been mostly eaten or reported much later.

Photos and portions

Photos are for illustration. The look of each bento, the number of pieces and the colour of the rice can vary from batch to batch. Biryani weights (400 g regular, 600 g large) are approximate cooked weights.

Spice levels

Hyderabadi biryani and mirchi ka salan are spicy. Ask for milder food in the note for the kitchen and we will do our best, but we cannot remove spice from food that is already cooked.

Eat fresh

Our food is cooked without preservatives. Eat it within 2 hours of delivery, or refrigerate and reheat until piping hot. Remove the raita and side seals before reheating the biryani.
